In her new space, Sue has a 450 square foot “Movement Room” which is also used for yoga and meditation classes.
Sue is excited to be able to offer a therapeutic session which begins with movement time of your choice followed by a regular counselling portion. Research shows us the numerous benefits of engaging in physical activity to help process and explore our emotions. Sue will utilize her thirty years of teaching physical education and fitness to all ages to help deepen the therapeutic experience for you in a unique way. This may be a good choice for clients who appreciate movement as a way to settle or those who are attempting to connect with their body and its responses as a therapeutic tool for their mental wellness.
